What vinyl can NOT be applied to: dirty surface, rough or course textured surfaces, fabric

How to apply a decal from The Daily DIYer Etsy Shop:
1) Use a hard card (or credit card works for this) to smooth the top masking transfer sheet down
2)Slowly remove the top transfer sheet, you want the decal to stick and peel away from the paper backing
TIP: lay the transfer sheet back to the paper backing and repeat STEP #1 until the entire designs lifts up with the transfer sheet
3) Lay the transfer sheet with the design gently onto your project. Some surfaces may cling to the transfer sheet more, so be careful to get your design where you want it before it clings.
4) Use your hard card (or credit card) to press the vinyl down through the transfer sheet
5) Slowly peel the transfer sheet back and away from your project to see your decal displayed on your project
TIP: lay the transfer sheet back on your project if you have any parts of the vinyl that are still stuck to the transfer sheet. Just use more pressure when you press the vinyl back down and then continue to remove the transfer sheet
